Below are the methods of managing the Artinoise websites with reference to the processing of personal data of users who consult them. This information is also provided pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 – Personal Data Protection Code to those who interact with Artinoise S.r.l.’s web services.

Following consultation of this website, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The data controller is Artinoise S.r.l., with registered office in Via A. Sacharov 15/A – 62029 TOLENTINO (MC), in the person of its legal representative.
DATA PROCESSING LOCATION
The processing operations related to the web services of this site take place mainly on servers (special types of computers) owned by Artinoise S.r.l. and are only handled by employees or collaborators of Artinoise S.r.l., who are in charge of processing, or by occasional maintenance operators. The equipment is located at the data processing center in Sant’Omero, but their temporary or permanent transfer to other locations within the scope of housing services is not excluded. In any case, all servers are currently located in Italy, and there are no plans to transfer them abroad.
No data from the web service is communicated or disclosed.
Personal data provided by users who submit requests for service are used only to perform the requested service or performance and are not communicated to third parties unless the communication is required by law or is strictly necessary for the fulfillment of the requests.

Browsing Data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties but, by their very nature, could allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s computer environment. This data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information about the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.
Data Provided Voluntarily by the User
The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site and through the specific forms provided entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data entered in the communication. Registration data and any other information that can be associated, directly or indirectly, with a specific user are collected and used by Artinoise S.r.l. in order to provide web services and other services available on our websites. Furthermore, in case the user decides to give their consent, their data may also be used for the purpose of promoting the services and products offered by Artinoise S.r.l. and for organizing games and contests with prizes. No personal user data is acquired by the site in this regard. We do not use cookies to transmit personal information, nor are c.d. cookies of any kind used, or systems for tracking users. Pursuant to the same article, they also have the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose their processing for legitimate reasons.
